Privacy notice.

PieceWork is run by Toby Didgiunaitis, a sole trader based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This notice covers what happens to your details when you use the enquiry form or contact me directly.

What’s collected

Whatever you put in the enquiry form: your name, business name, phone number, email address and your message. Nothing else — there is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and the site sets no cookies.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the submission in order to deliver it. Your details are not added to any marketing list and are never sold or shared beyond that.

What it’s used for

Replying to your enquiry. That’s the lawful basis: you’ve asked me to get in touch, and getting in touch requires your details.

How long it’s kept

Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless the enquiry becomes a job, in which case your details are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts plus whatever HMRC requires for records.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected or ask for it deleted, at any time: tobiasdidge@icloud.com. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
